We present a proven case of Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease with severe involvement of white matter and cerebellum.Serial CT showed a unique pattern consisting of discrete cerebral and cerebellar atrophy,diffuse white matter hypodensity,and progressive enlargement of lateral and fourth ventricles. |
